Applicable flower and chocolate bouquets offer Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large requests. If a photographed design cannot realistically scale, it remains fixed-size. Any price change is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Yes. Delivery is available 24/7 in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with nationwide shipping arranged where the selected product is suitable for transit. Exact charges depend on the destination, vehicle or shipping requirements.

For Islamabad and Rawalpindi, bike delivery is PKR 999–1,999 and car delivery is PKR 1,499–2,999, depending on location. Nationwide charges are quoted separately by destination and arrangement.

Yes. Choose ASAP / Urgent when ordering. Availability and the achievable timing are confirmed directly by the shop.

A 50% advance confirms the order. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch.

Returns are not available. An exchange may be possible in eligible situations, and additional charges may apply. Contact the shop immediately so the specific case can be reviewed.

Teddy bear availability, size and price are confirmed by the owner. Take a screenshot of your preferred bear and send it on WhatsApp.
